The schedule.
A walk through the day, from the first cup of tea to the last dance.
Guests arrive.
Doors open. Prosecco and elderflower lemonade in the garden. Find your name, say hello to people you have not seen in too long.
The ceremony.
A short, deeply personal service under the pergola. Please be seated by 1:55. We have written our own vows. Tissues are on every chair.
Canapés & portraits.
Cocktails and canapés on the lawn while we slip away for a few photos. Live string quartet. Please use the time to mingle, not to queue for us.
Long table dinner.
A three-course menu shaped by both our grandmothers, served family-style at one long table. Vegetarian and dietary options handled per your RSVP.
Speeches & toasts.
A few words from the people who know us best. Kindly keep tributes warm and timed. Champagne is poured throughout.
Cake & first dance.
We cut the cake, share the first dance, then open the floor. Bring shoes you can move in.
Open dancing.
The DJ plays until we close the place. Late-night bites at 10. Stay as long as your knees will let you.
Sparkler send-off.
We will line the path with sparklers and walk out together at the end of the night. Stay for it if you can.
Times are a guide. The day unfolds as it wishes, and we have built in room for the moments worth lingering over.
